We make our AOVE from varieties of olives native to the Guadalest Valley: Manzanilla Villalonga, Alfafarenca, Arbequina and Blanqueta. It’s called liquid gold for a reason! Extra virgin olive oil has fascinating qualities for our heart, helps the formation of brain tissues and is a powerful antioxidant.
For the production of our organic olive oil we use only the resources that the planet gives us. We use organic fertilizers to fertilize the soil and natural methods to control pests. We collect exclusively the olives from our fields certified as organic and grind them the day of collection, controlling at all times the ambient light and oil temperature.
