For the preparation of our premium olive oil we collect the olives before their ripening point. In this way we manage to keep all its fruitiness and transmit it to the oil to achieve greater intensity.
The fruits come from some of our centuries-old olive trees, which still continues to produce olives today. During the harvest, we select the highest quality olive trees whose production has been abundant.

The oil we offer comes from some of the centuries-old olive trees. We attach great importance to the preservation of all our olive trees and the recovery of abandoned olive groves.
Tasting note: Oil with a fruity aroma, golden tones with green touches. The most prominent aroma is the green almond with a subtle aroma of freshly cut grass. Light bitter and spicy soft, presenting in the mouth velvety.
