For more than 5,000 years, several civilizations have populated the Guadalest Valley, from the Iberians to the Arabs, leaving each one their customs and heritage until today.
The oil we offer comes from some of the centuries-old olive trees. We attach great importance to the preservation of all our olive trees and the recovery of abandoned olive groves.
Tasting note: Oil with a fruity aroma, golden tones with green touches. The most prominent aroma is the green almond with a subtle aroma of freshly cut grass. Light bitter and spicy soft, presenting in the mouth velvety.
