Our truffle seasoning is made with a selection of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and flavoured with truffle, specifically the Tuber Aestmum Vittad variety.
This truffle, also known as summer truffle, is black in appearance with brown tones and somewhat bright. It can go up to 7 cm. This small fungus, which lives associated with the roots of some trees, mainly holm oaks and oaks, has a great gastronomic value and has a high fiber content.
When pairing, it is perfect to accompany with red wine and can be used for many recipes of red meat, eggs, pasta, sauces, pizzas, risottos, vegetables, potatoes and foie.
