Aragon Olive
It is called Empeltre Olive, but is better known as Aragon Olive.
It is one of the oldest olive trees in Spain and one of the healthiest olives, because it is natural black, without chemicals ads in its production. It is highly valued for the quality of its oil and for its characteristics as a table olive, it has a fleshy, delicate pulp and an intense flavor.
