For the preparation of the pickled olives cocktail are used the Manzanilla olives of the best quality Preserved in maintenance brine, they are desalted before packing. The mixture that makes up the product is: green and black olives, onion queen and pickles. Once filled, inspected and prepared the containers, are completed with a broth flavor anchovy.
