Olive oil

For more than 5,000 years, various civilizations have populated the Valley of Guadalest, from the Iberians to the Arabs, each leaving their customs and heritage to this day. Our oil comes from some of those centuries-old and millenary olive trees. We attach great importance to the preservation of all those olive trees and the recovery of abandoned olive groves. That is why we support those producers who do an exceptional job, obtaining a precious product that we bring to your table.
